离上次pipni宕机 没几天,今天VPS又DOWN了(时间是上午)到现在都还没有恢复。
更新:据pipni官方说VPS暂停是由于受到来自海外的大规模DOS攻击.
频繁的DOWN机和申请人数急剧增加有关,各个服务器都处于爆满状态.
曾经看到pipni的monitoring统计信息,母鸡Load Averages持续都在100以上(4核CPU负载超过20就已经算高了),磁盘使用也已经超过90%了。
pipni vps目前已经关闭免费,注册页面已删,应该可以稳定了。
下面的申请数量不成比例,所有系统总和都没Debian数量多。

pipni down?
pipni.cz是捷克排行第五的网络托管公司，它提供的免费空间已经有很久的历史了，是一个老牌的免费空间提供商。pipni.cz提供的免费空间支持顶级域名绑定，有5G空间容量，100G流量，支持FTP、PHP、mySQL、电子邮局等。
但是就在几十分钟之前VPS突然宕机(当时在SSH上,连接被中断), 也许是服务器挂了? pipni这一宕机直接导致我的网站 (不是这个日志)无法访问.这下糟了数据都还没有备份呢.

这样的网站改个版花费几百万做出来还都是垃圾程序,IE Only的。

网站被扫描
查看了最近的access log,很多都是访问一些不存在的文件。看起来是有人用工具扫描漏洞,比如web.zip,web.rar,wwwroot.zip,wwwroot.rar,mirserver.rar,wolserver.rar，
还有各种.ASP。
无语了,我的网站都是PHP的,哪来的什么ASP啊(ASP的确漏洞多)
每天都有这种扫描,虽然不影响网站,但是也消耗了不少流量。还是着手在.htaccess中屏蔽这些扫描。
IP可能是ADSL动态IP,不好封IP。幸运的是这些扫描者User-Agent都是相同的一个:Mozilla/4.0 就屏蔽这个UA吧。

无语了,我的网站都是PHP的,哪来的什么ASP啊(ASP的确漏洞多)
每天都有这种扫描,虽然不影响网站,但是也消耗了不少流量。还是着手在.htaccess中屏蔽这些扫描。
IP可能是ADSL动态IP,不好封IP。幸运的是这些扫描者User-Agent都是相同的一个:Mozilla/4.0 就屏蔽这个UA吧。

为做好2010年上海世博会期间通信报障工作,我中心将对所有IDC托管机房进行封网,请用户做好相应准备。
封网时间: 2010年4月29日、4月30日、5月1日、9月30日、10月1日、10月30日、10月31日
封网期间,用户维护人员不得进出机房,硬件设备也不得进出机房,停止机房工程施工。
以上时间机器如果服务器有故障将没法维护,必须等过了封网时间后才可以,所以在这段时间尽可能减少重启以防起不来,也尽可能减少一些没有把握的设置,比如IP安全策略等,容易导致机器自己远程也上不去,做什么操作都确认必须自己远程可以上。
以前的封网都是维护人员可以进出的,这次是唯一一次维护人员也不可以进出的,所以请所有用户小心误操作,否则只能自己承担相关损失。
二、世博值班
世博期间,所有网站的交互栏目,包括论坛,博客,留言本等能让人发言的,全部要做到先审后发,并且24小时全天侯必须能联系到人,万一有有害信息要删除,必须做到随时能联系到人,否则只能断线处理,请所有用户配合我们的工作,谢谢。

网站备案拍照开始执行：站长需现场办理核验

南都讯 记者从国内网站接入商处获悉，网站备案拍照工作已经开始进入正式执行阶段，网站主办者除须赴接入商处拍照备案外，还须与接入商共同签署信息真实承诺书，方可完成网站信息真实性核查工作。

一周前，工信部在5月6日公布了网站备案拍照背景原始图和拍照背景使用说明图。此举表明工信部已经将网站备案站长须拍照列入工作日程。
一家接入商称，目前正按照工信部发布的64号文件《工业和信息化部关于进一步落实网站备案信息真实性核验工作方案(试行)通知》执行拍照等相关工作。
对于接入商来说，首先须在原始背景图的基础上，在图示中指定位置按要求添加该单位公司名称，将添加好公司名称的图片作为核验过程中拍照实际背景，同时将 带有公司名称的拍照实际背景图片按原始比例印制成不小于1600m m×1600m m的拍照背景，作为对网站负责人现场拍照的背景幕布。
根据64号文件规定，对于网站主办者来说，网站主办者在接到通知后，由网站负责人本人携带核验所需证件原件、材料到接入服务单位备案现场办理核验手续。
相关文件显示，网站主办者需要拍摄彩色正面免冠半身照，包含网站负责人和拍照背景中本单位的名称。接入商确认网站负责人和本单位公司名称清晰可见后将照片留存，并且需要显示拍照时间模式，照片分辨率设置为800×600像素。
此外，在拍照完成后，网站主办者与接入商还须填写网站备案信息真实性核验单，并对信息真实性进行联合承诺。
主办者需要填写包括域名、姓名和网站类型在内的三项基本信息。接入商则需要对网站主体信息、联系方式、备案信息和接入信息报备等进行核验。核验完成后，双方需要共同签署信息真实保证书。
不过，业内人士也认为，对于网站主办者与接入商异地的情况，拍照备案措施很难实施，一定有变动的法子。

普通IPv4网使用IPv6方法
注意：这里只是提供了暑假在家宽带上网使用IPv6的方法，由于公网到教育网带宽的问题，还有freeip的问题，不保证可以连接上 和连接速度。
一、ISATAP隧道
注：下面注意Vista/Win7与XP/2003设置方法是有区别的哦。
1、上海交通大学
Windows XP/2003 设置如下:
开始—运行—cmd，在dos下，依次运行 CODE:

Inanis Glass
更换WordPress主题：Inanis Glass 。
一款仿Vista /7 界面风格的WordPress主题，底部固定的模仿系统开始菜单及任务栏的导航部分。
原来用的主题是myJournal Hypereal，用了有2年了,不过这个主题的作者已经不更新了。发现无法兼容WordPress 2.6以后的功能,只好换个主题了。
Inanis Glass这个主题真的是比较华丽,先用着试试,稍微做一些修改。

W3 Total Cache
据说比其他缓存插件WP Cache,WP Super Cache,cos-html-cache及Hyper Cache还要好。不知道是不是真的那么好。

.ru域名中心主任：网民应自觉抵制网络不良信息
新华网莫斯科1月5日电（记者 聂云鹏）俄罗斯"RU"域名协调中心主任、著名互联网问题专家安德烈·科列斯尼科夫日前在接受新华社记者专访时说，作为处理网络色情传播、宣传极端思想和 传播电脑病毒等问题的一个侧面，应从教育入手，让互联网用户认识到网络不良内容的危害，自觉抵制不良信息。
科列斯尼科夫介绍说，互联网 在俄罗斯发展迅速，目前基本由俄教育机构和非政府组织对本国互联网使用问题提出建议，这些机构和组织与俄国家相关部门建立了合作关系，政府部门针对有关建 议制定解决方案。比如说，俄罗斯设有很多热线电话，可供举报涉及未成年人的网络色情传播活动，俄内务部负责侦办所有互联网犯罪行为。
科 列斯尼科夫说，俄罗斯把网络不良信息分为刑事犯罪信息和非刑事犯罪不良信息。对于前者，由官方机构负责查办，俄罗斯国家反恐委员会就是负责机构之一。对于 后者，则由非政府组织负责监督，这些组织可依法针对传播非刑事犯罪不良信息的网站向司法机关提起诉讼。科列斯尼科夫还指出，如果俄境内用户需要上网或开通 移动通信服务，该用户个人需要与相应的服务提供商签署协议，提交个人身份等资料。
对于利用欺骗性电子邮件和伪造网站来进行网络诈骗等活 动，"RU"域名协调中心会根据用户举报进行调查，发现属实则将有关网站从域名登记中除名，将其列为非法网站。如果某网站传播未成年人色情信息或其他犯罪 信息，"RU"域名协调中心会着手关闭该网站，并将案情交由司法机关处理。

又换域名了
尽管这个月刚换过域名,还是再换一下吧,反正折腾这么多次访问量也没有了。想来想去还是把pcstar.org.ru作为主域名好了。
不清楚ORG.RU会不会被墙,自从NET.RU被墙之后就担心哪天整个RU域名都无法访问了。
域名申请了这么多没几个在用的,主要是没空间绑定。

value domain通不过RIPN检测解决办法
value-domain.com（VD）是日本的xrea.com提供的免费dns服务，其特点是解析快(一般在几分钟内生效)，服务稳定。
但是就在去年9月传出要停止免费dns解析的消息? 外部管理＆外部利用における無料ネームサーバーの機能制限について
经过测试其免费DNS服务还是可以使用的,只是服务器地址有所改变；
RIPN检测失败的信是这样的:
就是value-domain.com对免费用户做了变更；
ns1.value-domain.com.
ns2.value-domain.com.
ns3.value-domain.com.
原来的ns3服务器已经取消了,免费DNS现在只要填写两个NS地址就可以了:
ns1.value-domain.com.
ns2.value-domain.com.
顺利通过RIPN检测 !
少了一个服务器可能会影响稳定,不过看到多数国内域名注册商NS地址也只能填两个,应该没有多大影响。

被迫换空间
昨天主站服务器出了问题，没想到今天服务器还是没有恢复。无奈只能换空间了(还好FTP能连上),又找到了一个比较好的空间,为了空间的稳定名字就不说了,自己找吧。新空间网站访问速度快了不少。

EveryDNS has been acquired by Dyn, Inc! 被收购?
本来登录EveryDNS想要去修改DNS的。在首页发现一行红字，说是EveryDNS已经被Dyn, Inc收购了:

免费的dns服务继editdns之后,EveryDNS也不再免费了。虽说之前注册的免费用户暂时还可以使用,但是肯定不会长久。
DynDNS.com則是一家收費DNS解析服務公司，成立時間為1998年，2007年獲新罕布什爾州最佳小公司稱號，客戶包括Twitter等網站在 內，為1200萬個用戶提供了節點服務。

web hosting server down
没办法,谁让我用的是免费空间呢。这不主站www.pcstar.org.ru 空间服务器出了一点问题：連線失敗
Firefox 無法與伺服器 www.pcstar.org.ru 建立連線。
很奇怪的问题,这个时候FTP能连上,但是WEB访问就是不能。唉，只能等空间商恢复访问了。
说到稳定当然还是Blogger稳定。空间,带宽都是由Google的集群服务器提供,几乎不会出现宕机。当然在中国无法访问那是另外一回事了,正是这样我才没有全站都用Blogger。
还有就是Blog数据都是保存在Google服务器,不经常备份也没问题。

强制网页使用IE8模式解析
虽然description里写着：本站一万年以后将会兼容IE。但是也还是要兼容一下的。
在网页的meta中加入
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8" />
就可以强制IE8使用IE8模式来解析,而且那个兼容性视图 按钮也被去掉了。
不久前出的Google Chrome Frame也可以让IE用上Chrome的引擎:

这里就有一个问题,怎么同时用chrome和IE8模式？可能是这样？
